PLEASE NOTE: In lieu of increasing tariffs and customs fees on international orders, please be aware of possible VAT taxes and fees when placing an order with us. We are not responsible for any incurred VAT taxes or customs fees. Check with your local tax offices for more information so you do not get any surprise fees upon receiving your order.
♥ How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is determined by weight and location. 100% of the shipping cost goes to the carrier.
♥ Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us at hello@bippyandfriends.com ASAP if you wish to cancel your order. Generally, if your order has not been processed, we can honor your request.
Please note the following exceptions:
PRE-ORDERS
We do not allow cancellations on pre-order items that have passed the pre-order time period since the funds from the pre-orders are used to produce the item. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions about pre-orders.
MAIL CLUBS
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your member portal, which can be accessed with the link provided in your confirmation email.
However, cancellations are not accepted beyond the 15th of the respective month. Cutoff dates land on the 15th of every month. If you wish to cancel your subscription and be eligible for a refund, you have to cancel before the 15th of that month (i.e. you have received October mail but forgot to cancel for November mail, you have until October 15 to cancel your subscription and request a refund for November).

♥ Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrived damaged or if you are missing parts of your order, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery at hello@bippyandfriends.com (with your order number and photos if applicable).
We are not responsible for refunds where the customer has listed an incorrect or undeliverable address. Customers are responsible for a reshipping fee if their order was delivered to the wrong address due to input error.
As for mail club orders: since mail club items are exclusive and made to order, refunds and returns are not accepted.

♥ How does your mail club work?
Join by the 15th of every month to receive mail for the following month (i.e. join by September 15 to receive October mail). If you select the monthly subscription option, you will be charged every month on the day that you purchased the subscription (i.e. if you joined on October 3, you will be charged again on November 3, and then again on December 3, so on and so forth).
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your member portal. You can access the member portal with the link provided in your confirmation email.

Mail club goodies ship out the last week of the month (i.e. October mail ships out the last week of September).
Mail club goodies are shipped in an UNTRACKED envelope via USPS for both domestic and international. Domestic delivery is approximately 3-5 days and international delivery is about 1-4 weeks, depending on location.
♥ Is your packaging recyclable/eco-friendly?
Rigid mailers, envelopes and boxes are fully curbside recyclable, including the shipping label! For our inner packaging, Kraft bags can be curbside recyclable; poly bags, backing cards, and sticker backings should go in the garbage.
We are currently using up the rest of our non-recyclable materials and will be moving towards more eco-friendly packaging in the future.
