Shipping policy

As a very small team, our current fulfillment time is 1-2 weeks. This does not include shipping time. Please note that delays can happen due to, but are not limited to, high peak seasons, new tariffs, receiving issues at customs, and/or bad weather. 

Fulfillment time for pre-orders vary by item and are listed within their respective descriptions. Pre-order items may take months to produce. Orders that include pre-order items are shipped together in one parcel. If you want items that are ready to be shipped at normal fulfillment time, please place a separate order. 

Mail Clubs ship separately from other items. 

The following ship time ranges are general estimates and do not account for delays or holidays:

USA
USPS First Class Mail (mail club only): 3-7 days
USPS Ground Advantage: approximately 3-5 days

INTERNATIONAL
USPS First Class International Mail (mail club only): 1-3 weeks
FedEx International Connect Plus: 1-3 weeks

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Please triple check that you have entered your shipping address correctly when placing your order. We are not responsible for refunds where the customer has listed an incorrect or undeliverable address. Customers are responsible for a reshipping fee if their order was delivered to the wrong address due to input error. More information can be found in our Return Policy. 

Due to taxation laws, addresses cannot be changed if the updated address is in a different country. We will have to cancel the order and request that the customer place a new one.

VAT & duties fall solely on the customer. Please check with your local governing body for more information on VAT and other duties for incoming parcels so you do not get hit with surprise fees.
